Adrienne Robek, PhD, BCBA-D

Clinical Director

Dr. Robek is a doctoral level psychologist and BCBA-D who has been working with people on the autism spectrum since 1998. She provides an array of services that range from assessments to the development of ABA programs. She is the author of "My Child Has Autism - A Handbook for Parents and Professionals" and has created her own ABA curriculum. She started home-based ABA divisions for two companies in New York City, an ABA program at a special needs school in Chandigarh, India, and in Qatar.

Sonia Fares,
BCBA

Case Manager

Sonia Fares has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2017, experienced in the ethical and compassionate application of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies for behavior challenges. She earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in psychology at the American University of Beirut (AUB), in 2009 and 2012, respectively and developed one of the first ABA Day programs in Lebanon at SKILD Center.

Jennifer Sakr,
RBT

ABA Therapist

Jennifer is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and a special education teacher. Jen (fondly known by her colleagues) is from vibrant Lebanon. She is trilingual, fluent in Arabic, French and English.

She believes every child is unique and she is passionate about working with children. Jen enjoys ABA, as it explores different learning methods, which provides children with the best opportunities.

Nicol Randeria,
BSc Hons., SLT

Speech & Language Therapist

Nicol is a speech therapist who completed her honors degree with a Bachelor of Science in speech pathology and language therapy at the University of Cape Town in South Africa. She is currently completing her master's degree at the University of Witwatersrand in speech and language therapy with a specialization in Cerebral palsy. Nicol has particular interests amongst the special needs population and enjoys articulation therapy and literacy development!

Malavika Pillai,
MA, Senior SLP

Speech & Language Therapist

Completing her studies in 2013 Malavika was awarded a dual Master of Science degree in speech and language pathology and audiology from Bangalore University. She is a certified member of the National Health Regulatory Authority of Speech and Language Therapists in Bahrain, and fully trained in Oral Placement Therapy (level 1 and level 2), Hanen - It Takes Two to Talk, and PECS.

Razan Qasem,
MA, OT

Occupational Therapist

Razan, an Occupational Therapist, earned her bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Jordan and continued her academic journey with a master's degree in Special Educational Needs and Disability from Anglia Ruskin University in the UK. She holds certifications in both the UK and Jordan, and has worked at London's Portland Hospital for Women and Children.
