We visit here for speech therapy sessions, they are punctual and professional. Despite the struggle to find suitable time (as they seem very busy) that staff holds no effort to help and make it easier for us. They even offered home visits when it was necessary. I can't be less than very thankful for the ladies at the reception, the therapist we attend sessions with and the center management who all showed nothing but commitment and dedication. Thank you.

My child has been attending Jumpstart Center for nearly two months, and I’m truly impressed with the progress he has made. When we first started, he often expressed his needs through tantrums and struggled to communicate effectively, despite being verbal. Now, he’s beginning to use simple 2–3 word phrases to clearly express what he wants—a significant improvement. He also used to rush through activities without completing them, making it hard to focus. Now, he can sit patiently with his hands on his lap, wait for the next instruction, and complete tasks one at a time. His behavior has improved greatly—from ignoring those speaking to him to pausing and following directions. While it sometimes takes a few attempts to get his attention, this has become much easier since starting at Jumpstart. Before, it often took a long time for anyone other than people he knew to engage with him. Now, he is much friendlier and responds well to instructions, whether it’s saying hi, bye, or thank you. In addition to his progress, the staffs at Jumpstart are very friendly and approachable. They consistently provide support to both my child and me, especially when it comes to any documentation or processes I need assistance with. Special thanks to Ms. Jennifer, the ABA Therapist, who has been guiding him and managing his behavior exceptionally well. She adapts the activities and her approach to specifically address the challenges we face both at school and at home. Also, I want to thank Dr. Adrianne for helping us identify areas needing improvement and offering insights that others hadn’t noticed regarding the challenges we are facing. Overall, we are very grateful for the care and guidance provided by Jumpstart Center. The positive changes in my child give me confidence that he is in the right place for continued growth.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Jumpstart. In just one month, I have seen remarkable progress in my 7-and-a-half-year-old son, Mohammed. He has started responding when we call his name, asking for help when he needs it, and becoming more open to interaction and conversation. I am truly saddened that I could not stay longer in Qatar due to my work commitments, but I am deeply thankful for everything the team has done in such a short time. Jumpstart has been an amazing support for my son. All the staffs are warm, friendly, supportive and very professional. The atmosphere of the center is very welcoming.
